Product Description:Hiranyakashipu claimed he was the only God and wanted everyone in the Devaloka, Prithvi Loka, and Patala Loka to worship him alone. Hiranyakashipu learned about his son's devotion to Vishnu, he made several attempts to kill him. Hiranyakashipu confronted his son and asked him to prove to him that Vishnu is omnipresent. Prahlad attempted to convince his father, but the latter refused. In a fit of rage, Hiranyakashipu tied Prahlad to a pillar and asked him to call Vishnu for help. And as he lifted his sword to kill Prahlad, Lord Narasimha appeared from the pillar to punish Hiranyakashipu for committing countless sins. Even after seeing Vishnu as Narasimha before him, Hiranyakashipu continued to show arrogance. He believed that he was invincible because of Brahma's boon. To know what Brahma's boon was, But Lord Vishnu, who knew about it, appeared as a half-man-half-lion to kill Hirayakashipu. Thus, Hiranyakashipu got killed on the lap of Lord Vishnu at the threshold of his palace at dusk. The Lord, who had appeared as Narasimha, tore Hiranyakashipu's stomach with his claws, thereby ensuring that all aspects transcended Brahma's boon.
